Scraggax

The Scraggax are small humanoids averaging 1m tall and weigh an average of 25kg they have green skin, pointed ears, red eyes and sharp teeth. They are small and agile, but also strong and resilient. They have a high IQ and a keen sense of curiosity. They are experts in science and technology, and can invent and use various devices.

They live in underground cities that are hidden from the rest of the galaxy. They value knowledge and innovation, but also secrecy and independence. They have a complex social structure that is based on merit and achievement. 

They have a council of elders who oversee the affairs of the species, and a network of clans who compete and cooperate with each other. They have a friendly but cautious attitude towards other species. They are willing to trade and share information, but also wary of potential threats and enemies.

They are small and slender humanoids, with green or gray skin, pointed ears, sharp teeth, and yellow eyes. They have a variety of hair styles and colors, and often adorn themselves with piercings, tattoos, or jewelry. They wear scavenged or stolen clothes and armor.

The Scraggax often have large pointed or bulbous noses, and large ears that are either pointed or floppy.

Their hands are relatively large compared to the rest of their bodies, and they have only three fingers and a thumb on each hand.
