Liminal Stars is, to me at least the evolution of table-top role playing. It is easy to learn with a focus on being the character you want to be. The game takes place in a fairly advanced science fiction setting in a distant galaxy called Palioxis. Humans came to the galaxy about 500 years ago, and they have made some huge changes to the way of life. In recent history, about 10 years before where the game takes place a robotic uprising caused the humans and their allies to be evicted from the galactic seat of power.

Currently you can view the game rules and info on this website, but in the not-too-distant future you will be able to download the Liminal Stars app on your smartphone. The app will contain everything you need to play, as well as being a character tracker. I hope the app adds to your immersion and can be used as a tool to quickly reference rules and information you might need, where you need it.
